Six Types of Spruce and Pine Trees on the Farm
On the farm we have Black Hills Spruce, Myers Spruce, Norway Spruce, Colorado Blue Spruce, Ponderosa Pine, and Scotch Pine.
We have sizes 24” to 15’ tall. A 25x25’ planting spacing would be recommended for evergreen trees. This allow them to not touch each other at maturity, thus allowing less disease risk/issue, and longer life span for those things that can be controlled.
